Quiet Grandparent's Day Weekend

Xan came home on Friday with this picture that he made. Since there was only one photo and several grandparents, we figured this blog version would be the most fair.

Will got a 100 on this week's spelling test. Amazingly, consistent studying through the week really works!

We had poker night on Friday, and both Rodney and I left with more money than we came in to the game with, so that's always a good thing.

Saturday was a pretty quiet day. We went to my friend Brynn's house for wings for her birthday and Rodney found 5-month-old twin boys to play with, Ryder and Archer. It's a bad picture, thanks to my iPhone, but you get the idea.

Today Rodney had duty, so the boys and I hung around the house. We Skyped with cousins Katie and drew in Arizona for a little while, and plan to go visit Dad at work a little later. The season finale of my favorite show comes on at 8 p.m., so the boys will be in bed by then. Cleaned up the house a bit, did some laundry and got ready for a new week!
